Slow Flow
Mondays, 6pm - 7pm
A slow-paced Hatha flow class to help calm and steady the mind, strengthen and stretch the body. Open to all levels – this class facilitates both challenge and ease.
Regular Group Classes
Beginners Yoga
Wednesdays, 5.30pm - 6.30pm
A class for anyone new to yoga, or wanting to advance their practice by delving deeper into the foundations.
Tring Yoga Studio
Dynamic Flow

A mid-strength vinyasa flow class, taught to a variety of themes taken from Ashtanga Yoga philosophy.

I can help you find your yoga. Your own way of moving, breathing, and meditating that feels like homecoming. Drawing on 17 years of yoga experience, and on combining a bespoke, personalised mix of pose sequences and postural alignment, breath regulation practices, mantra, self-inquiry, applied philosophy, mindfulness, meditation and the profoundly restful states of Yoga Nidra, I can help you create a yoga practice that feels true to your own being: a yoga practice that brings you home to yourself.
